Just as changing your movement patterns changes your life, changing your thoughts also changes your life.
Emotions and beliefs are held in each part of the body. Accumulated negative energetic emotions can cause physical "dis-ease". As an Advanced Theta Healing Practitioner, Jennifer has trained to be a body whisperer. She is one of only two practitioners in Austin with the Intuitive Anatomy Certification. During a Theta Healing Session Jennifer helps her clients quickly uncover and release beliefs and old emotions that are no longer beneficial. Powerful transformation can happen on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Clients have been known to see improvement in relationships, finances, physical health and more.
Understanding that it takes courage for people to make changes in their lives, her mission is to offer healing that comes from the heart and a safe space for powerful healing and transformation to occur.
Jennifer spent many years working in corporate sales. Working in this field allowed her the opportunity to visit many countries and follow her dream to live in London for four years. The challenges and demands of the corporate world inspired her to study both practical and spiritual self development techniques. It was during this time that she discovered her passion for helping others succeed and find happiness in their lives.
Jennifer is an Advanced Theta Healing Practitioner and Reiki Master. She trained directly with Sue Frederick to become certified as an Intuitive Coach in her "I See Your Dream Job" program. She also holds a certification as a Life Coach from Fowler Wainwright International Institute for Professional Coaching and a Bachelors of Arts from Sam Houston State University. She is grateful to be doing work that she truly loves and to have the opportunity to help change the lives of her clients.
