Britty is a Yoga Alliance Certified Hatha Flow teacher. Expect an
invigorating Vinyasa practice: Most of her classes are suitable for
all levels and are purposefully sequenced. She believes that yoga should
be safe, effective and should extend itself beyond the mat. Britty uses
yoga to motivate
and inspire herself and others. She welcomes those who are looking to
build a fitness plan, lose weight, practice yoga through pregnancy and
