Ally Keeper

I have a fresh and knowledgeable approach to massage, providing each client with a session specifically designed for them at that moment. In addition to other pools of wisdom, I draw on my ever-growing knowledge of structure and energy to plan out the most beneficial session I can, with the intent of every client leaving feeling better than when they arrived.

I am trained in Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Massage (the Lauterstein Method), Prenatal Massage, Structural and Energetic Bodywork. I tend to integrate modalities and commonly use aromatherapy in sessions. Also, I have recently formulated and launched a line of aromatherapeutic self-care products called Nature's Key Botanicals. In my spare time, I spend time with my son and husband, keep an organic garden, and practice yoga.
